#MASHTAG 2019 IS COMING…

Over the last few days you may have started picking up on rumours that an early election could be on the cards. Well we can reveal that it’s absolutely true. You’ll be going to the polls on Monday. And then again on Tuesday. And Wednesday. Yes, #MashTag is back. The ultimate in crowd-sourced brewing returns for its sixth running next week. Two days are all you have to wait out, on the edge of your seat, before the voting commences.

That’s because on Monday you can select what beer style we will be brewing for #MashTag 2019!

Every year, we invite you guys to vote over five days on a series of specific elements of a beer. As the week ends you’ll get the chance to design a label for it – and you can then vote on that as well! #MashTag is democratic beermaking writ large. It’s our way of putting you in control of every part of the process.

You can cast your vote each day by heading to our social media channels. We will be hosting a poll on our Twitter feed, a second poll on our Instagram Stories and you can also vote by leaving us a comment on Facebook. As ever the group decisions made on one day will directly affect the choices that will appear the next, so choose carefully!

Here’s what is taking place on each day next week:-

Monday: Beer Style

Tuesday: Malt Bill & ABV

Wednesday: Hops & IBU

Thursday: Special Twist

Friday: The Label
