Victory Brewing meets BrewDog!

Victory Brewing meets BrewDog!

It's no secret that we are huge fans of the epic craft beer scene in America, and as such as we are super excited to announce we will soon be hosting some very special visitors at Brew HQ! Bill Covaleski from Victory Brewing (Philadelphia) will be heading to sunny Aberdeen this month to brew a beer with us, and then tour some of our bars for some super exclusive Meet The Brewer Events. HELLS YEAH.

Ever since we got the likes of Hop Devil, Prima Pils and Golden Monkey in our bars, we have been hooked on Victory's amazing takes on some classic beer styles. They rock the hops, hardcore...just how we like it! Not to mention we brewed the world's most patriotic beer for July 4th Parade with them when we filmed the first season of BrewDogs. That was pretty fun.

Bill and cofounder Ron met at school, and formed the company in 1996. Ever since, they've been busting out some of the best moves in beer, and we're hoping our collab will prove no exception to the rule.

On 19th May, Bill will join us in the brewery to brew a Victory & BrewDog Baltic Porter, then he'll cruise through some of the bars on his way back across the pond. See below for the schedule of Meet The Brewer events (all start at 7pm) and get them in your diaries!

Monday May 19th - BrewDog Aberdeen
Tuesday May 20th - BrewDog Edinburgh
Wednesday May 21st - BrewDog Sheffield
Saturday May 24th - BrewDog Shepherd's Bush

And just a sneaky peek at some of the beers you might see hit the taps for these events:

Hop Devil IPA
Storm King Stout
Headwaters Pale Ale
Dirt Wolf Imperial IPA
Summer Love Ale
Prima Pils

As you've probably guessed by now, these events are going to kick ass! Loads of Victory beery goodness alongside our usual lineup of awesome beers, this is certainly one not to miss!
