Our continuing mission to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are takes us to some amazing places. Today, we place a large tick on the global bucket list; we have reached the Land of Fire and Ice. The doors are ready to swing open on our eighteenth international bar, in one of the coolest cities on earth. We are making a new home in the world’s most northerly capital.

BrewDog Reykjavik opens today, Friday September 21st at 17:00 local time!

There’s nowhere quite like Iceland and we are beyond excited to be able to bring our craft beer to this unique country. Our new bar is perfectly located at 8a Frakkastígur, on a corner unit a short walk down the hill from the city’s main Laugavegur shopping street.

For anyone making the stroll from the shoreline Sun Voyager sculpture up to the iconic white Hallgrímskirkja (or vice versa), the street you wander along will take you directly past BrewDog Reykjavik! Inside you’ll find GM Thor and his team waiting with 20 taps of craft beer from ourselves and European and Global breweries we love – plus a selection of local Icelandic craft brews and mead (perfect for keeping the cold at bay).

For those needing something else to warm up with, BrewDog Reykjavik will also be offering up a range of coffee, with non-alcoholic soft drinks available too. Our new bar will also be serving up a food menu as unique as the location – alongside the BrewDog Bar staples of burgers and wings.

BrewDog Reykjavik officially opens today, Friday September 21st at 17:00 and the first 100 people inside will be entered into a raffle to win a year’s free supply of Punk IPA!
