BREWDOG 2016 PHOTO COMPETITION: THE WINNERS
It's time to announce the winners of our annual BrewDog photo competition, launched back in mid-December. We had many entries and judging them was not easy, but our panel of highly-trained photography experts have emerged from their underground bunker and deliberations are over. So who did they pick as our top three?
Winner - Jamie Day
It's congratulations to Jamie Day for this image, which is the overall victor of our competition! We loved the composition, and the fact that his Punk IPA was bursting forth from the bottle - well done to Jamie. To aid his photographic exploits further, he has won a truly awesome Lomo'Instant Wide Black Camera from our friends at Lomography, plus £50 in Beer Bucks to spend in his nearest BrewDog bar. Smashing!
Runner Up - Radostina Peycheva
Aside from beer, the most commonly-used thematic device in the competition this time around (and every year, come to think of it) are our canine friends, and the second-place award goes to Radostina Peycheva for her image of a snowbound pooch investigating a frosty can of Electric India! Congratulations to Radostina, we'll be sending you £100 of beer and merch and £25 of Beer Bucks to spend whilst wearing that merch on a night out in a BrewDog bar (should you wish; regular clothing also acceptable).
Third Place - Jim Larm
Our final person celebrating this morning is Jim Larm, who secured the last step on the podium and £50 of beer and merch with this image of Black Hammer meeting its match. We loved the literal feel of this one - plus that is the largest hammer any of us had ever seen - nice work Jim!
Thanks to everyone who took the time to enter - our Photo Competition will return just before Christmas (although let's not think about decorations and turkey just yet). For Jamie, Radostina and Jim, we will be in touch to dispatch your prizes and congratulations once again!
