Barrel Aged 7.7 Lager

It is Lager, but not as we know it. In late 2010 we decided to take 77 Lager and try do something pretty special with it. Because we are geeks and like numbers, we brewed a batch which was 7.7% then put it into single grain scotch whisky casks.

The beer has been aged for 18 months in oak now and is now ready to go with a depth of flavour and complexity that will shatter preconceptions about what lager can taste like.

I Hardcore You

This is the return, for a limited time only, of a beer which proved firm favourite with hop heads in 2011. I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe's most rock 'n roll brewers.

This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You (2 of our favourite beers). After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

Tokyo* in a Bottle

We have had the winners of our rock 'n roll t-shirt design competition printed. Massive CONGRATULATIONS again to Jonas Tunander for the winning ‘Tokyo* in a bottle’ design. We had over 90 entries, hundreds of tweets and masses of votes.
